We had a very good time at the lodge at the foot of Mt Wilhelm. The reception and food was excellent. We were all impressed. The European friends of mine will not forget it. Thanks for your help and God Bless.

" nature’s orchestrated music fills the air, with sounds of birds unique to the area, the chirping of crickets, the rush of mountain streams and waterfalls, and women chanting ancient choruses from the village huts; I am soon captivated by this oasis of serenity..,,that is Camp JJ. Taking everything in, one word comes to mind…paradise….yes, this is truly paradise...."____ My own lil review of Camp JJ - Keglsug Village, Mitnande (Kundiawa-Gembogl). The perfect mountain retreat ; thanks to the awesome Haus& Home crew for allowing me to feature this mountain paradise on #‎TravelPNG‬‬ ☺ ☺ ultimate holiday destination & many thanks to Honorable MP Tobias Kulang for your hospitality & the wonderful family under the banner of 'Doctors Climb for Breast Cancer' all know who you are ❤

Camp JJ Lodge is a great place for retreat - relax and unwind; strategically located to make Mt Wilhelm climbing experience more memorable. Touched by the awesome Gembogl people, their friendly guides, toughTourism police, fresh trouts& veggies; topping it all with their unbeatable hospitality; I will have to say that I had a very refreshing experience from modern living stresses when I had the privilege to spent 2015 New Year there.

I can say camp JJ was surprisingly comfortable in the middle of the forest and away from the business of the town centres. The food was wonderful, and I mean Cheese and peanut butter and toast with hot coffee for breakfast, and real organic veggies for dinner- broccoli potatoes and pork. It get pretty cold at night but that's where JJ has it covered. Blankets to a big chimney in the kitchen. What stood out most for me was the birds in the morning..I heard a few that I recognised like the brown sickle billband a few smaller birds....
